The back slats are the first slats to make. Prepare the back slats by using the patterns for the top edges as shown in the diagram on page 41, then band saw the shapes. Both back and seat slats should have their top edges rounded over using a 1⁄4” roundover bit in a router mounted in a router table. Fan out the back pieces in their proper order to make sure you rout the correct edges.
The wood is very cheap - full of puttied flaws and on the first night one arm started showing checks and splits from the humidity. But a good dose of tung or teak oil should fix this, and I was aware when buying that the materials weren't the best. So I was expecting the wood to be worse than it actually is.
I think if you are realistic about the expected quality of a 50 dollar chair you will likely be very happy with this purchase. I would definitely buy these again and now that I'm familar with them I'd even pay more.
At the very least, there should have been a sofa and two chairs. But I guess at least they had a full-sized sofa. A lot of places skimp out and provide love seats, which only comfortably seat one person.

You may also need some extra tools to get them assembled properly. Material: synthetic wood Colors available: 4 Dimensions: 30 x 40 x 34 inches Capacity: 500 lbs. Weight: 35 lbs.
Polywood’s chairs are virtually identical to the Trex-branded chairs reviewed below, though they are definitely cheaper and come in a more interesting range of colors. In fact, Polywood manufactures chairs for the Trex brand, and many of Polywood’s colors will match Trex’s colors.

As with all furniture, Adirondack chairs do have a weight capacity on them. This capacity will vary depending on which model you go with. However, finding out that information can be harder then you think, with not every company being upfront about it. For me, this usually means they have an industry-standard weight capacity of between 200 and 220 pounds.
Firstly, we counted 21 colors of this chair so you definitely have options other than the coastal gray pictured above. This is a poly lumber Adirondack which the manufacturer states is made out of 95 percent recycled materials.
